It Seems Like Years Since It's Been Clear

The Emmy's just did the anual deathmarch of death. I sobbed. They used that Sarah Mchsjahdja song (not the angels one, the I will remember you one) and she actually sang it on stage.

Earlier this evening I had to leave the room when Kristen Chenowith won and started to cry. Since when have I been THIS emotional??

You know what it's like when you have more than one thing to do, so you do the first thing to a satisfactory level of doneness, but it could still be tweaked, you know, so instead of going on and doing everything else so you can have more than one thing accomplished, you just keep working on the first thing because it's easier? (Oh and sometimes because you are crazy obsessive. Yep.) This comes up because I am currently brushing my hair. It's HORRIBLE. I keep brushing the same bits over and over because they have no tangles and it's easier than getting the tangly bits.

Also I came up with a really good way to describe how I am a few months ago. You know how people say the big picture is more important, forest for the trees, whatever? Well, I'm completely mentally incapable of that. I can't see the forest. I don't even care if there is a forest. I'm vaguely aware of some other trees around me, but what I know and what I only want to know is this one tree in front of me, whose bark needs to be alphabetized.

That's how my brain works. That's why my bead collection is seperated by color and type, and the rest of my room looks like a tornado hit it. I can't see the floor, but all of my necklaces are in order.
