I finally finished converting my first-person draft to third person. Adding that word count (because I changed my mind again and want to use that stuff) to the word counts of my third draft and some drabbles, I've got 34,386 words toward my 100,000 word goal. It still needs so very, very much work, but I feel really good right now- that's more than a third of the way there (right? I am so bad at math).
Still need 65,614. I want to get to 100,000 by my birthday (November 24th) as my gift to myself, which means I have to write... um... 93 days till then, counting today (the 23rd) but not my actual birthday, and 65,614 divided in 93 is... 705.5268817 words a day. I can do 706 words a day, that's nothing! I've had sneezes longer than that!
Right, so false confidence and I are gonna go to bed now, kbye.
